I’ve always been fascinated by how food science intersects with creativity and problem-solving. For as long as I can remember, I’ve been driven by a curiosity to understand how things work—and how I can make them better.
This curiosity has guided me throughout my career, from working on iconic food brands to founding Yaniv Consulting, where I focus on the challenges that inspire me the most. I offer businesses—whether large corporations or smaller ventures—hands-on, results-driven solutions that are both practical and impactful.
I’m here to help when technical challenges feel too complex to tackle. With over 15 years of experience in the food industry, I’ve developed a knack for turning what looks like chaos into clear, actionable solutions. Whether it’s technical challenges, product development, or team problem-solving workshops, I bring both technical expertise and creativity to the table.

I hold a PhD in Food Science from North Carolina State University and a B.Sc. in Food Engineering and Biotechnology from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology. As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), I bring structured leadership and technical depth to every project. I’m also an active member and volunteer with the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT), staying engaged with industry advancements and contributing to the food science community.
